New Information Emerges On Hunt for Bin Laden

Do you believe that we should stop the hunt for Bin Laden, even though he deserves everything that would come to him if he was caught? Some seem to see that it is actually causing more short-term and long-term problems along with and extreme number of deaths of American solders. Western intelligence agencies were able to form a detailed grasp of Osama Bin Laden's movements in the years after 9/11; and have come closer to capturing him than anyone else has ever before. Even though this has been stated, U.S. intelligence agencies do not agree with the fact that Bin Laden might be captured soon, They stated that very little light on Bin Laden's movements in the recent years have been known of. On this past Friday, President Obama stated that even though we have not caught Bin LAden al Qaeda has been holed up in ways that it has made them very hard to operate. He also said that Bin Laden has gone deep underground and even lower people of Al Qaeda have been harder to find then ever before. Since the Allie forces seem to have a better grasp on his movements these past few years and seem to be more positive in the capture of Bin Laden, should American forces lay away and let the Allies capture him while we seek military missions what we have more of a chance in succeeding in and making change? What is more important? Is one more important over the other? Is all of this worth the possibility of even more terrorism or more disturbance of the Middle East?

I went through the icebreaker sheet which is about the indentifying the public problems. And there are two main problems that i am interested in most, they are emplyment and education. Actually, every tiem when we are talking about the economy, the employment and education problem will all show up and it is time for people to think about the current emplyment market adn the risk of education. Nurses, networkign systems adn data analyst, software engineer, biomedical engineer and accountants and so on are allextremely popular at the college, which turned out that these majors and the position are going to influence where the American educaiton and the employment market are supposed to go. Since i am a business major, the number of the accounting profession's grouwth is attracte me most. At 2008, the BLS though that there is going to increase 22% before 2018 as a result 279,400 new jobs will be anticipated by 2018

Leaders Call for Peace as Mideast Talks Begin

This article discusses the Middle East peace talks that are being hosted by President Obama. The dominant public philosoply today is classical liberalism (see Birkland, Chapter 1)-the idea that power comes from who the people allow to govern them and public interest. In the article, the public interest of the region is achieving peace, yet both Israelis and Palestinians have different public interests that they cannot see past to achieve the goal of peace. Though we have always agreed with Israel’s policies in the past, it is imperative for them to discontinue settlement on the West Bank; it is decisions like these that need to start being made to have a united public interest.
