This article, about the recent shooting at Hopkins hospital in Baltimore Maryland, points out that the economy and the health care problems have far reaching effects. The health care system right now has issues that are often exposed when people who need serious medical needs are turned down because they do not have insurance. The shooting that occurred in Baltimore shows how vulnerable the United States hospitals are to shootings. People come in very quickly for emergency care and it is easy to slip by security with weapons. American health care is being reformed which could lead to more incidents of people losing control due to health insurance issues. The health care bill should have something build in to account for these incidents.
